Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched in the same day (from stock) if the order is placed before 15:00 Romania time.

Delivery cost is automatically added to the basket when entering the full address. Delivery takes from 2 to 5 days anywhere in European Union and and the cost is from 6 Eur to 23 Euro, both time and cost depending on the country. Delivery is made by GLS and the package can be tracked anytime until delivery, you should receive a text message with the AWB (in case you do not receive it, please feel free to request it from us by phone, Whatsapp, email)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
